Hylobiz’s Vivaciously Inspiring Trip to Goa!

A trip to Goa was organized for Hylobiz employees to meet and experience the value of spending time with co-workers

Since Hylobiz was founded in 2019, we have been working from home and meeting on Microsoft Teams, but nothing beats meeting your colleagues in person.

The Goa trip was organized for hylobiz employees to meet each other and experience the value of spending time with the coworkers we work with every day.

The day we landed in Goa, the transportation had been reserved for us, and we were greeted with folk music, refreshments, and exciting gifts.

We began the day with Zumba, enjoyed brunch, played group games, learned the value of teamwork, and were kept in awe by Akshay Laxman, the mentalist. We then headed towards the drum circle, which excited us and brought grins to our faces.

The highlight of the event was Vayana’s Got Talent, where participants performed standup comedy, skits, and dance, making us laugh and cry all at once.

We paid homage to our nation by singing our National Anthem as soon as the clock hit 12, in one single voice. We then hoisted our national flag and bid adieu to each other and flew to our respective places.

Hylobiz operates in a hybrid manner with leaders rather than bosses and strives to ensure that everyone feels safe and growing here.
